My name is Terry Ball, I started On The Ball Cleaning in the fall of 1998 while working with three different universities in the housekeeping department. My experience includes: residential, office, churches, rentals, construction clean up and floor care. We offer weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as needed. We provide name brand proven cleaning products or your cleaning products, whichever you prefer.
At each cleaning visit there will be a flat fee charged. Each visit includes the cleaning of: all surfaces dusted, kitchen counters/sinks, stove top, all bathroom vanities/sinks/ bathtubs, all floors swept and mopped (unless specified). We offer a wide range of additional services that are charged by the hour. Additional services are: window cleaning, refrigerator cleaning (inside), blind washing, and wall washing, just to name a few. Hourly charges start at $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on the severity of the condition of the service need. There is a two hour minimum charge. Services can be combined with more than one service.
